At Phoolja Foundation, each product is handcrafted with love and care by our women artisans using sustainable materials. Please note that slight variations and natural imperfections are part of the charm of handmade products and should not be considered defects.

Please read the following before placing an order:

1. No Return After Purchase
   Products once purchased are non-returnable. However, we offer exchange in specific cases as listed below.
2. Eligible for Exchange Only If:
   • The product is received in a damaged condition.
   • The product delivered is different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong item sent).
3. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
   To process any return/exchange request, an unboxing video is compulsory.
   • The video must show the package being opened from the sealed state.
   • The damage or mismatch must be clearly visible.
     No claims will be entertained without this video.
4. No Refunds
   We do not offer refunds. Only product exchange is possible in valid cases.
5. Colour Variation Disclaimer
   Minor colour differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Such variation will not be considered eligible for exchange or return.
6. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
   Our products are entirely handmade. As such, they may not have the machine-made finish and may include natural inconsistencies in shape, texture, or finish. These are not defects, but a testament to the uniqueness and artisanal nature of each piece.
